Hi! My name is Sally Harrington, I’m 18 years old, and I currently live in Glendale, CA. I am honored to serve as the Region 2 Youth Director Emeritus for the Arabian Horse Association Youth Board!

My experience and knowledge of the horse community come from Taking the Reins. Starting at the age of 10, Taking the Reins introduced and nurtured my love for horses. Being a part of this community has been an incredible journey.

I’ve built lasting bonds with both people and horses— from my first connection with Marbles, the miniature pony, to my ongoing training with Arabians like Gunner and Tax. These relationships have shaped me into the confident horsewoman, student, and leader I am today.
